Have you tried Toyota's website for Thailand. There is a lot of information there including prices. This should get you in the ballpark.

The Pattaya Toyota dealer is about 5km North of Patts on the West side Sukhumvit road. It's about 1 Km before the highway 36 junction.

Buying a new car in Thailand is not complex, have to pay car and negociate for some extra like insurance, liner if a pickup...

They do all papers for you directly
