I searched ages for this song, heard it one of the gogos and the girls were all singing along, then heard it everywhere.

 

I asked one of the girls i know what the song was about and she told me it was an Isaan song about a Girl who was in love with a falang.

 

Turns out the song is actually about a guy who cant like a girl becuase she loves som tum and cant eat liver or something along those lines
