Soleil de siam has anyone seen or stayed at this place recently?

The reviews i found here were rather old .So was wondering

if any renovation have been made cause the latter reports suggested that its past its due day.

Also could anyone recomend a place for 20-25k per month .

Must have kitchen, wifi,pool .
