The Lebua at State Tower is on sale for $85 on Jetsetter now. It's the 2nd biggest building in BKK at 67 stories & has some cool bars & restaurants on the roof.. The rooms are 710 sqft & have private balconies overlooking the Chao Praya. Wifi & brekkie are included. IMO, if you want to stay down by the river, it's a steal at anything less than $150.
