Ummm sorry but I think that you have set up this thread wrong.

You have a survey but it only has one option....soi 7.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay IN Soi 7...many people state Flipper Lodge is good in this street.

Try Skaw Beach hotel in Soi Skaw Beach.Big rooms,clean and great value for money.

I stayed at Seaduction Dive shop -- it was clean and all they ask is that you swing thur the office so they can copy the ID.

It is located 1 block from Bali Hai Pier and they give discounts if you take dive lessons.

I give them 2 thumbs up -- English and Russian owned.

7/11 next door - with ATM out front.

$30-$40 range: bella vista beach in soi 5: nice,new and guest friendly, great pool

 

eastiny place in soi 8 : nice,clean and guest friendly,great pool

 

AA pattaya in beach rd and soi 13: nice,clean,guest friendly,great location, but is due for renovation.

 

 

$50-$60 range: LK Renaissance in soi diana: nice,clean,guest friendly,nice small pool,great decor.

 

I've stayed at these hotels and I would recommend them, the only one that I'll not recommend is AA Pattaya although it is nice and clean,with great security, it's kind of old.

 

check Agoda.com, I found them to have the best prices when it comes to thailand hotels.

My friend Flipper Lodge is in soi 8. In soi 7 is Flipper House. Never mind Lol it is one common company Both hotels will provide good services

I have never stayed there have only glanced at the sign briefly and probably only read the flipper part before my attention was drawn back to a beautiful Thai woman calling out to me.

I contacted Skaw Beach hotel by email about two months ago and was told that the room rate is 690 B per night.
