Bicycle rentals?

Just wondering if anyone knows anyone that rents out bicycles and the cost per month to rent out in Phuket. My friend want to do some exercising and not become obese by riding the motorbike all day long.

I find that during a holiday to Thailand you will most likely lose weight anyway.

Sexercise is the best exercise possible. Not only do you have fun but you are exercising also.

Do it 2 or 3 times a day and you will keep those pounds down.

 

I have not seen bicycle hire in Phuket before....Just do a lot of walking instead....plus the sexercise.

If you're willing to use one, a bicycle would be a nice counter to the more 'organised' forms of transport in Phuket. I'm wondering if anything exists in Pattaya ? Maybe a gym or swimming would be a more realistic option ?
