Guys, looking for name of what I think is a new hotel, the building is not new, it may have not been occupied since new, or may be a refurbishment,

On my last trip it looked like it was opening soon...

Location,

On the same strip as the Fraser hotel (City Plaza?)

On 2nd rd,

Adjacent the Lacoste Shop/Gold Shop,

Right on the corner, with markets outside..

Hope this is enough detail,

Just want to know if it has actually opened and hopefully someone can give a name, thanks all

It should be the Privi Suites (website http://privisuites.com/). I think you will find it listed on both Agoda or Booking.com

That's the privi suites. It's not a new hotel, been around for a couple of years under the name priviledge suites. the staffs are very nice, but the rooms are a little worned.

You'll have to be very careful with floor tiles and wet floor after shower. Don't expect hot water on your 1st night as it's solar powered. To ensure you'll get hot water in the evening, turn the shower on to hottest in the afternoon and let it run for 10-15mins. Didn't try the jacuzzi cause of the hot water issue, also it doesn't seems to be well taken care of.

You should be able to get Superior room for 1500B a night.

It's better to pay now then to pay later. Nothing is free.

Must have had a renovation then because it was a construction site when I was there...

Either oct or dec 2010 can't remember which,

Theyre wanting 2000-2100 a night, lol

I stayed there during end of nov last year. No construction for the hotel rooms, except the massage rooms were being worked on. As for the 1500/night rate, it was offered to me via email.

It's better to pay now then to pay later. Nothing is free.
