Anyone know about this condo complex, the Vela Casa?

Looks nice, at about $235/mo US. Cant find any info, tho

Don't know the project or if they ever build it, but the page must be rather old as it say construction will be completed in 2009.

The monthly rent will most likely require minimum 1 year contract

I was gonna say, I can't even be sure if the place was actually built. Sometimes websites like this are rolled out to see if they could drum up investor/buyer interest, but don't actually get off the drawing board.
