Lovely computer generated pictures but definitely doesn't appear to match the vegetation I see in Jomtien every day. Is it on the new 2nd road that is more or less completed yet extremely potholed and crumbling away as I type? Possible 51% ROI in 1 year, with those returns you wouldn't need farangs to invest because the rich Thais would have snapped all the units up. Previous real estate projects have made me a cautious cynic.

Yes the computer generated impressions often show things more beautiful then they will be in reality, but that is common. It is after all only an impression, but it will be close to reality as the plot is located against an area full of trees, and there will also be vegetation in the project itself. So it will come close to reality.

 

The project must still start so by the time it is finished i hope the new 2nd road will also be finished and not the pothole road as it is now. The resort will be located in a soi of Jomtien 2nd road.

 

Yes it would be interesting for both farangs and thai to invest in this project. It is not yet officially launched (will be launched july 1st) and because of the special deal we have with the developer we can until the launch date offer discounts over the official developer price of up to 20%. As it is expected that all units will be sold, as this developer has showed with past projects, that would already be the first 20% profit to make.

If you would be serious and have all the information and then come to such a conclusion, then by all means post it. But please don't just write some popular responses without having a clue.

Nigerain Scams

Pyramid schemes

Casino systems

 

banks are offering 3-4% and your proposing 1250% return higher than current bank intrest rates.

 

Not saying its a scam or not possible however people would have to rocks in their head not to be at least very cautious about any investment offering that sort of return.

So now you ar saying it is even possible to make more than the 51% ROI (return of investment) over 1 year!!! You must be making a great commission selling these. I am not knocking you trying to earn a living - only distributing claims that are to say the least overly ambitious. If you believe these claims so strongly why don't you give the potential buyers a GUARANTEED return of say 25% - but that won't happen will it. Mind you I have seen other developers promise potential buyers penalty rebates should the building not be finished by a set completion date walk away from their commitments. Many projects collect deposits and never get started but somehow the money dissappears - buyer beware!!! What about the thousands of other basically empty condos in newer projects that are located in the Jomtien area?

I invested in a bar and have already made 20% back in 3 months.... cant imagine 50% in a year is impossible in a legit business.... although i am aware that real estate is different from the bar business and I would expect the ROI's to be comparably smaller... saying that a friend of mine made a 120% profit in 18 months buying a condo off plan and selling it here - maybe he dropped lucky?

there are some very very reputable banks which could be expected to never go bankrupt where you could get interests of 10-16% lol

Why not get a loan at a bank yourself with such a wonderful investment , why give it away when you're so sure of ROI of 50% or more .
