I do have respect for the thai style kickboxing, but I really do think that the Dutch have evolved and developed a much more dangerous and effective style of striking

I did some Muay Thai training on koh tao. They have like 3 Muay Thai Scools there. I did my training with island Muay Thai in sairee beach and was very happy with it and i got really fit within a month.

I mean I really think it depends.

for mma striking, maybe, and for K1 RULES

but in terms of the clinch? goddamn son. the thais know that shit better than anyone
