Hi there, i have a 1 bedroom 36sqm condo in very popular park lane available for short term or long rental..This unit is ground floor pool facing, with balcony which gives you direct acsses to the pool. great resort with gym, juzzies, 24h security , key card entry,free shuttle bus to the beach only 600m away... the condo itself has full furniture and air con, lcd tv, dvd,hi fi,all kitchen equipment, including microwave and toaster... sorry dont have the no how to load pictures but call me if you would like to view, ive had this condo for 3mth from new so eveything in there is new...For short term rent 12,000 per month long term 10,000.. in the 3mth i have been there the largest bill for electric and warter i had was 520baht...the resort is kept so clean its realy a great place to live!!! Could you tell me which number building your condo is in?

Also does it have an internet connection(wifi or dsl).

Is it cable tv any english channels?

HI, yes there is wifi internet and also cable tv with english channels, the condo is building 3 a corner unit

Sorry Durox, condo has been reserved from 1st of october for 1 year, but is available from today until end of september, so anyone looking for a month or so please contact.....Ill give the extra week free just pay for a month...
