Mum aroi great seafood place .Very cheap compared to Pattayas rip of places in Walking Street.

 

There was 5 of us.We were fully fed.Total damage 1500 baht.

 

What i like about this place the portions are very generous and the seafood is very fresh.

 

forgot to add this place almost always fully packed and sushi is quiet expensive here.

Thanks for the review. I like Mum Aroi also. It's popular with the local Thais, so you know it's good. And when I say local, I mean Thais who are from Pattaya and didn't just come into town to work.

 

BTW, prices can vary greatly depending on what you order. It had cost me about 2000 baht for only two people. Also, try visiting at night. It's beautiful being along the water during the evening.

Another vote for this one. Had lunch there for 2, maybe 1000b, great seafood, great view. Love those wooden boats parked along the shoreline. Forgot the name, so I couldn't find it again on my last trip. Thanks for the info!

Didnt order any alcoholics drinks.4 thai girls were light eaters so it worked out all fine.

My favourite restaraunt in pattaya, excellent value and romantic setting, service can be a little slack on occasion which would be my only negative point on an otherwise brilliant seafood restaurant, we usually order a half kilo of lobster a mixed seafood dish, a full plate of oysters a soup or spicey seafood salad and 2 large singah usually comes in around 1000-1100bht for fresh seafood this is truly a bargain!

 

ps. on weekends get there before 8 because it gets very busy!

Try the location on 3rd Road just off Pattaya Klang toward North Pattaya Road. You sit outside under the trees with lights on them. It is almost always 100% Thai when my girl and I eat here. I found the service better at this location then the one in Naklua.

Easily my favorite place in and around Pattaya. Normally go with a group and everyone orders their favorite so there is always lots to eat and plenty of variety. As was said very nice in the evening, usually with live entertainment.

i sure do love my seafood,,, we usually go to waking street or bang sari, not sure how to spell it,,,very nice and cheap tho

 

Never been to Mum Aroi, will give it a try when i get back in aug

Its one of my favourite places to!! as he said before, there are large portions! we usually are 4 of us going,And order a lot of food, The cost use to be around 1100- 1400B depending of what you order, Great value in my book!! then we always order at least one big fish. shrimps.And a lot more. And they usually have a band there playing some nice music to.
