For me this depicts, the normal thai village, away from bkk and pattaya, a big load of hustle and bustle all around a market, this along with the farm, is what more than 50% of thais are doing everyday? not that every village has a train running through just to make things akward every now and again 55+

Easily answered .. he uses a Canon EOS 5D Mark II with a Merlin steady cam ..... hey presto !

With the change in elevation, I thought he was on a boom or something. Looks like the guy was foot. The guy who took the video is not an amateur. Most amateur videos are so violently shaky that you can't see crap. Even the better ones shift their focus from subject to the next every 10 seconds when there is no shifting needed because the video taker assumes that more action is needed to keep the interest of the viewer. If more action is needed, that can always be accomplished during editing.

Sorry but the iPhone is an i-Phone a Canon EOS 5D Mark II is used by professionals to do footage.Here is some more ,
