Hi, Perhaps not the best place to ask this question but here goes. I want to travel from Chiang Mai to siem reap but flight choice is limited to going to phnom penh and then back up to Siem Reap, I'm thinking of flying to BKK and then getting some form of comfortable travel to Siem Reap. Is there a train? VIP coach? I'm sure there'll be coaches/minibuses that do a visa run from BKK to the Cambodian border but after that? Any help would be appreciated.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"
