I do not think Flipper House in soi 7 does not have safes in the rooms.

Not sure about wifi connection either.

IMO if a hotel does not have web connection in the room & a safe then its not for us type of guys.

I am sure most will agree ?????

I avoid in room safes like the plague.

Totally insecure and a thieves paradise. Any maid has unguarded access to it daily.

The one and only time I had one I spent the entire month worrying about it-never again.

Thanks for your input mate.

I have always had great results with in room safes & never any problems.

Good hotels have CCTV systems & good security.

I like things private & that includes what is in my safe.

Stayed at the Baywalk for 4 nights two weeks ago. Great rooms, very big. Quiet very little noise. Pool on top good though too warm and a little small. Hotel about 20 metres back from Beach rd , 5 minute walk to WS and 5 minute walk to 2nd rd past the Fraser resort. One thing i thought the area around hotel didnt have as many facilities around it (laundry, internet cafe, supermarkets) as other areas I have stayed in (soi 7/8 and soi bikini/buakwow)

Thanks for the info - I look forward to my stay. I guess if you are going to have quiet surrounding there won't be so many facilities, but I guess that they are nearby anyway.

Was there free wifi as advertised?
