Good Budget Hotel for 400 Baht available?

Is there a good budget hotel for around 400 Baht available now in Pattaya?

You can get a good deal around soi LK Metro at most of the bars for around 500 a night staying 7 days

When you take out the word 'good' i'm shore there is .

 

I was in Australia last week to visit my brother who is living there but i payed

almost 400 baht for 1 beer at a few places . A hotelroom was at least 3000 baht .

 

600/700 is the minimum in Pattaya i guess for a 'ok' hotel . A good hotel 1000/1500 baht .

lek apartments soi diana now low season can get room slightly under 500baht minimum of 7 days longer u stay more cheaper can haggle for a price rooms okish if all u want is a place to sleep and you are out most of the time

 

They have a reception which acts as security very friendly staff and a lot of people tend to stay there long time few months or more at a time

if i remember a while ago Queen vic on Soi 6 had a budget room 500 a night

Many of our rooms work out that and less when on a monthly deal, room 1B available now until l 1st June 400 baht per night on offer or per month 10,500 which works out at 350 per night, includes in room safe, free wifi, TV, DVD [layer, en-suite, separate loung and bedroom, A/C, fan, fridge, Tea/coffee maker, 1st floor, above a massage salon.
