ทะลึ่ง, it's hard to describe but the most relevant English words would probably be 'sassy' 'bold' or 'naughty'. It's usually used in good nature in response to a cocky or jokey statement that you make to somebody. It's use is very common.

I used to hear hansum man and sexy man for years when I walked past bars, then one day as I walked past a bar some bitch called out "hello papa" and it was like every bargal in Thailand heard her. So from that day on I hear hello papa. No more sexy man.
