I just receive email from Golden Ville with monthly prices, and they offered me 24.000 bath for one month stay (june/july),

They write that standard monthly rate is 45.000 bath, so i think its a good proposition, I can's see any rates on web page, can anybody confirm this is a real price ?

 

can you guys tell me something more about this hotel ?

Hi,I contacted them last year to ask what the monthly rate was for july/august and was quoted 15.000 a month,just thought I`d let you know.I didn`t stay there in the end though,stayed at Diana estate instead on Soi Buakhao,still worked out cheaper.

Seems they are asking allot more this year !!!

Any updates? I don't find any reviews on this hotel.
