I ask a thai girl for some help finding a cheap room which she does, at the same time she decides to move in which is not what i asked for.. but anyway I have sex with her on day 1 but the comdom breaks and so i carry on fucking her without. (Yes I know stupid!)

She goes out and buys me a box of Zithromax which contains 6 tablets of which you take 4 all in one go. I decided to take the following 2 tablets 48 hours later. The pain when urinating gets worse so I stop drinking water because i hate going to the toilet. It also gets very painful when i get a stiffy.

 

Another couple of days on ive developed a nasty eye infection which has shit loads of discharge from it. My Cock has got better however it still doesnt feel quite right when i pee and I can see a small amount of discharge.

 

Ive read on the internet you can get Chlamydia in the eye which gives all the symtoms ive got...

 

So now im stuck in doors and cant play songkran because of my sore eyes....

 

I dont know what to do... the pharmacy tried to sell me more zithromax 3 days after taking the first lot. The thai girls telling me its going to cost me 5000 baht + to go to the hospital.

 

Also to add... this morning (being day 5 of the tablets and day 8 of the whole thing) I woke up with a tickly cough.

 

To add to this whole story the damn thai girl has broke my Ipod headphones which im so pissed off about.

You've probably got Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. Both infections can manifest as conjunctivitis and have many other similarities. Go to a doctor.

Ask for an injection of ceftriaxone 250mg (Brand name: Rocephin) or a BIG Pill 400mg of cefixime (Brand name: Suprax) for Gonorrhea.

Since Zithromax didn't help with the Chlamydia (if it's Chlamydia), try a course of Doxycycline. 42 Pills, 100mg each, two a day for 21 days.

 

If your preference is speed, you can cut corners:

Get another course of Zithromax for Chlamydia and a 250mg injection of of ceftriaxone. Chances are that should cure it, but protocol says to try Doxycycline after Zithromax fails. Doxycycline is normally not a big party-pooper, but following a prescribed course while in holiday-mode is sometimes hard.

Also, get some chloramphenicol eye drops for the eye infection.

 

EDIT: And either drop the bird or give her the same.

Get one of these as single dose treatment, they have them all in Thailand.

 

Cefixime

Ceftriaxone

Ciprofloxacin

Ofloxacin

Levofloxacin

 

Which one is the right one for you is not for me to know.... Im nto a doctor, jsut telling you what i bought in same situation.

First up, yep, get thee to a Doctor my son. Sounds like you need a proper test to see what you've caught and get the appropriate Med's.

 

Zithromax is the average BM's "kill all" but is not always effective on it's own. I wish I'd remembered to book-mark the article, but I did read some time ago that it is recommended to take a dose of Zithromax and follow it up immediately with a 2 week course of Doxy, as Zithro alone does not always kill Gonorrhea. Whilst you're at it, you may as well get tested for the full spectrum of STD's as by the sounds of it you've no idea what else this girl may have been carrying.

I have doxycycline i brought from the uk for malaria prevention but I chose not to take it as it makes me feel like im sun burnt all the time - this is apparently a common side affect and stops me getting a tan in the sun.

For the injection you need a clinic. I'd recommend that anyway, because that eye infection might be other things too (Herpes for one), so I'd feel better if a doctor looked at it. A doctor should be able to tell if microlesions have begun to form in the eye, to rule out Herpes. Chloramphenicol is not a brand name. In Denmark, it's sold under DK-specific generic brand names. My Google-skills tell me that a brand name in Thailand is Silmycetin. The Mano Eye Drops are just boric acid, not nearly as effective.

There is an eye clinic on Central Pattaya road, I think between Foodland and Carrefour but on the other side of the road. Cost around 500-600 Baht per visit incl. meds. Not 5.000 Baht

Same doc works in Pattaya intl. hospital as well. Will cost a bit more, maybe 1000 max. 2000.

 

 

There are many different strands of bacteria and whatever out there. Trying some meds might not work. Need a lab to check exactly what you got.

Lots of small VD clinics all over town.

 

Also personal hygene has to be improved, otherwise you will reinfect yourself.

The doctor said that what I have in my eye was something different and wasnt convinced it was an STI. It turns out the 2 injections were: antihistamine injection and ceftriaxone.

 

Just have to wait and see now if there is any improvement. He didnt suggest any testing of any kind.

That is just my point; he did not suggest any testing. No Doctor can make an assumption of treatment until he understands what he is treating especially when dealing with Antibiotics, the fact that there are over 100 types of Antibiotic all focused on defeating the effects of hundreds of different Bacteria! This should indicate that this fucking Doctor does not give a fuck about you and will continue to prescribe high cost drugs. What is more irritating that even with constant advice you continue to offer justification to how you see the best way of dealing with your predicament so final word from me is Fuck Off and I hope your Dick falls off.. He felt the timescales were incorrect so that the eye wasnt connected to the dick problem.

I am 100% sure that a clinic doctor in Pattaya can diagnose common STDs from 100m away. Not everything needs to have a test to confirm. OK he/she may get it wrong in one case in every 1000!!

Well guys! I was actually looking forward to producing a nice juicy, entertaining and as graphic a trip report allowed by a Newbie Member. This continues to evolve and should put me on the road to joining the many advanced and trusted members of this quite entertaining forum.

To maintain some continuity of my efforts in Pattaya I thought I might just share with you one less desirable aspect of fucking anything with a pulse on Walking Street! Yup! I managed to get back home only to develop a drippy dick and the feeling that a piss was now like having 20 Thai water buffalos with sharpened stud collars galloping down my urethra, not recommended!

I know that many of you are poised at your keyboard preparing to offer little or no sympathy for a monger who dips his wick without the latex coat. Please hold back as I have spent many hours thinking the same thing but always remembering the sweet stunning little spinner who was offering a cute fanny that was as tight as a mouse’s ear.

Looking at the many threads on this forum I have noticed that the subject of STD, STI and other descriptivism for a blobby knob has come up in fact this was one of the main reasons I decided to add my experience. With over 25 years experience of Mongering with HM forces I was quick to ascertain that my condition was not a result of too much chili sauce on my Kebab the night before or the fact that I had sat on at least 5 airline (Saudi) economy (Cattle Class) class toilet seats within the same month.

For the less astute reader, I am currently working in the Middle East where Islam has clear guidance in any sexual activity outside marriage therefore turning up at the local hospital with your knob looking like a signal flare is suggesting that you may have stepped outside the moral line. Life is not that bad as the local pharmacy is normally able to provide drugs that would knock out a camel as long at the drug was not codeine for headaches. Being an “Expert” in these matters and just like I have seen in the Threads, I ordered 1g of Azithromycin. This stuff is great and will deal with all the normal candidates such as Chlamydia Gonorrhoea Herpes Simplex Herpes Simplex II Ureaplasma urealyticum Trichomonas Gardnerella vaginalis and even kick shit out of Pneumonia.

Within 24 hours of the treatment I was feeling great and looking forward to a week in the UK to test out the laughing tackle on a few old flames that were always open for some fun. Not sure why but for some reason I decided to just make sure that the little Pattaya incident was clear by getting a full screen check using one of the most descrete, effective and very fast clinics in London (Happy to provide details)

Order on the internet and the next day I received my little bottle. Said thank you to the post man and followed detailed instruction: Piss in bottle, replace lid, write name on bottle (M.Mouse) give back to post man, clean all piss that missed bottle. Within 24 hours, I was sent a text saying that I could get my results on line, the tension was incredible, do I check my results or log into PA to see who Alley Cat had shagged today!

Checking the results I was a little shocked to see I was still infected with a condition called Mycoplasma genitalium, what the fuck is that! No it is not the Latinized description for the common dandelion although many of the forum members could be described botanically as SPERMATOPHYTES (seed-bearing plants) it is in fact one the most prolific STD’s in the world today and I am told that Pattaya is fucking riddled. Now don’t panic guys, this little germ is easily cured and not life threatening unless you give it to your wife. It is however often mistaken for other common STD conditions but is very rarely cured by the same antibiotic. I was prescribed a week of horse tablets using another antibiotic called Doxycycline. Be aware that I was in fact lucky as most cases of Mycoplasma genitalium do not show any symptoms but is very contagious. Happily and following another test was declared free of any of the above and even went as far as the HIV blood test. I suppose the moral to this short story is that we are all expert Monger men, I agree some more expert than others but we are not all medical experts so if you do get a twinge do not think that the old tricks will always work. Get the standard Pattaya MOT before you spread it all over your home country.

Before anybody asks, I decided that the best course of action would be to contact my little spinner and explain exactly what had happened and provide full and detailed information on what she needed to do. An update - 8 hours on from injections and having my eye cleaned. I feel much much better, I can see better and the pain I had from peeing has gone completely. Although I am now for some reason peeing this radio active colour but that could be the 2 bottles of red bull i drank so im not worried.

 

I think im on my way to a full recovery now and after the 5 day course of these tablets are complete I will do what you say and have the full set of tests done to make sure im clear before i go out to Walking Street and get another pattaya special dose. haha. :-)

 

Joking aside - I definately agree with what people say... In Thailand when you get a dose its seems to be a stronger dose than what girls back home give you so I will take more care now.

Generally, if you feel the condom break and pull out like you just felt a gremlin bite your dick and go and clean it with soap and rinse with mouthwash, I would not worry unless symptoms arise. But if your dick turns shades of strawberry and hurts like thorns were growing in it, you should get it Dealt With by going to a doctor and getting the double whammy of Zithromax and ceftriaxone and a test for any other pleasantries that may have come your way. The vagina of a hooker is sometimes a very scary place if you don't have the right protection.
