Cebu Pacific are having a two day sale for 9th and 10th april on tickets from Bangkok to Manila or clarke. The dates of travel are between June 1 and August 31. i picked up a return flight for under 6,000 baht all included.

Same as me, i was only looking last night at options, as i like to do more than a border run, the cheapest place i could find for my dates was Medan in Indonisia . i think it was about B2200 inclusive with AA, not much fun there i guess lol
