hi, has any members used this service from LHR - BKK as reviews are fairly mixed from great to very bad ,any opinions much welcomed

Never flown them myself, but they're like any other airline in that if they are price competitive and the layover isn't too long then they are good choice! you have to weigh up if the extra travel hours are worth the money you'd save

 

departure and arrival times should also be factored in to your decision

I use this company only to go to Jordan. For BKK I prefer Thai Airways!

I used them 3years ago. Nothing wrong with flights or prices, but on the way home it was a 7 hour change-over. I arrived in Amman at 4.30am and it was bloody freezing. That, along with the wait put me off from using them again.
