Where is it located exactly? Their map is pretty vague.

Their address at the bottom of most of the pages on their website shows as Soi 10...........

Monaco residence is located between Siam Bayshore and Nova Platinum hotel, near walkings street, on google map they writing Central Place, Central place is on Phratamanak road, OD Bowl on the map of Monaco is now Nova Platinum.

Looks good...Do they only do rooms by the month?

Actually it is ajacent to the Nova Platinum,that is after you pass the Nova there is a small soi and you turn right into this soi walk 150 meters and there you have it , so it is not between the Siam Bayshore and the Nova Platinum but actually after the Nova heading south
