I'll be visiting Pattaya during July and August. I had the Pattaya Bay Resort reserved for 30 days until I looked at The LK group website which is offering 30 days at the LK Living place for 250 bt a night. Looks fairly decent with Kitchenette, electric, water and the 7% government tax all inclded. I will rent a moto so not too bothered about the beyond third road location.

 

No lift, pool or gym but at this price who cares .... the room looks pretty tidy. Any one else know more ?
