I would apply for it as late as possible, but keep possible delays in mind and add a week extra. The validity of a visa starts counting on the day it is issued.

At last, I have been waiting Rungnapa for someone to tell people that it is not easy anymore and they have cafeteria's even at the Hull office, all I hear in my office is people being given tourist visas now when previously getting Non O multiple entry visas in Hull unless they give documents required.

I think it is because most of the inmates that live in Hull want to leave, I may be wrong though.........
