Been staying here for 4 months now you wont get much better 4 the price !!! rooms have just decorated ,I've stayed in many places and i wont being staying else where in the future.

How much is the electric billed at?

 

Still tho... I think too much for an apartment, especially if your raped on the electric at 8b like most places in town.

Hi, just want to know a few things please. I will be in Pattaya for the month in October. From Sept 29 till Oct 28. 2011.

 

How far from Walking St, main entrance (is close to walk) or what about taxi route?

 

Also want to know if there are many stairs or elevator? as I am an amputee. I have prosthesis but walk a bit slow, especially on stairs (one foot at a time).

 

So please let me know

No pool, boat anchor tv and no door on bedroom.

Maybe just me but when I see the old style TV's kind of a turn off. Kind of seems like that will be the type of person that will be hitting you up on

every satang on old scratch, paint chip or what ever else could put a baht in their pocket. Why refurbish a place and not put in a flat screeen and door

on bedroom. Some times the bar fly wants to get some rest or vis-versa while the other wants to catch up on news or cartoons (for the fly).

The pics do look nice otherwise, the comments were just some things that might help the owner in making place more attractive to the general public.

The person that takes time to rent a place than getting room in a 300 baht a day shophouse with restaurant next door will most likely want more than

a curtain for a door.
