high points for me =the hotel is spotless clean

fabric in the beds is amazing i think

good location

 

bad points... I cant seem to stay in any other hotel now,

i must have spent 100k baht in there in the last 2 years

i stayed at there 2 times and next time i ll stay there.

 

Pro's for me: clean and big room, very close everywhere ( soi 7-8 , shopping centers etc), fantastic staffs , not expensive for this quality..

I've just got back from staying at their new sister hotel April Suites, had to stay there because the August Suites were full. I've stayed at the August Suites twice before and I think I prefer the April Suites, rooms are similar but the hotel is a little quieter.

 

The staff are just as good, had a deluxe room which was excellent, a few russian families staying there but I've seen the same in August as well. Either is well worth a try.

It's a great location, very convenient to get around on the baht busses.

Stayed there twice now and can hardly fault the place.

 

Comfy beds, friendly staff, great location for all areas (via foot / baht bus / motorbike taxi), great local eateries.

 

Being very fussy I noticed that the rooms are just starting to show the first signs of wear and tear with scuff marks and towels with small holes in where they have been hung up / frayed.

Only downside is a fairly poor / limited breakfast but then I did not see that too often!

Yes, it is very guest friendly (all the staff made a point of saying good night / morning to my ladies) but there is a 500 baht charge if you want to take more than one lady back.

 

There is a fairly large pool.
