You don't need a gym in Pattaya/Thailand

While I understand the preference to lift weights to exercise when you travel, for others simply looking to work out and exercise, you don't need a gym.


While there may not be pull up bars and the like near your beach road hotel, there are ways to exercise using your environment and even in your hotel room before you go out to shag.

Pushups, dips, pullups, hindu squats, situps, bear crawls, crab crawls, running and leg levers will get a person into the best shape of their life... without a gym or weights... :)
