One month condo rental high season!

I am going to stay for one month this coming Dec or Jan and want to rent a condo. Given that this is high season and a short term rental, what are my chances? What I am looking for is something in the 20,000 baht/month or so before utilities etc and prefer a central location. My ideal location would be something in behind the Avenue Mall or in and around Soi Diana. There are at least 4 newer condo complexes in behind the Avenue and many fall within my price range. Some quote monthly rentals but maybe want longer terms thru high season? This location gives me easy access to many golf bar options in the immediate area and of course entertainment.

I am already aware of Dancewatchers and Diana Estates(Oasis) but both these options will probably be too expensive. Does anyone have recommendations for agents dealing with any of the complexes in behind the Avenue or cheaper units in View Talay 6? Or any other suggestions/recommendations? I am going to look after myself first but have 2-3 other friends interested in same thing.
