Blackbook Resort

Gents,

 

I've been looking through some fine threads on the black book resort and was wondering what the accessibility is like. I'm not familiar with the Jomtien area and wanted to know how easy or hard it is to get from BBR to Soi 6 or to Walking St. My friends and I are pretty excited to stay there based on the pics posted by Alley and Shuggy to name a few. Any info on this matter would be much appreciated. Thanks...

its a 2 minute walk,,maybe 200 metres to the main pattaya-jomtien road you can ge the bus to walking street area for 10baht..

depending on traffic

wlking street is 5 minutes on a bike

soi 6 would be another 5 minutes further depending on traffic

Youll love it for sure.

 

Don't forget the resort comes with some scooters so at opening time of the 6 you can be there in 5 minutes or less depends how crazy you are or how many traffic lights you get.

 

Coming back at night after a drink and the hunt found it easier to get a moto taxi back squeezed up with my current BF and make a pit stop at the 7/11 familymart for girly snacks n supplies.

I don't think I've got the cojones to ride on a scooter in Thai traffic. No way!

Motorbike taxi stand just up the road, just wave and they will take you out to the main road for 20baht

Mate you will have an amazing time...Believe me they will not want to leave, same as yourself methinks

Just make sure you use the proper baht bus signal otherwise they wont stop and pick you up!

 

And swift is a pussy 2mins for walking street 5 for Soi 6 if you dont care about your life and red lights
