Hi guys,

 

I know that many of you guys are taking Viagra at the present - or will do in the future. As you get older, most of us are facing problems with the little man. So did I, and I tried Viagra for a couple of times, but didn’t like it for several reasons:

 

1) First of all I got so tired of all the side effects: red face, headache, and having a hard on for too long (also in situations where it is not required).

I gave it a try, and the results are coming after 4 weeks of training. I am getting the feeling of being young again.

 

Of course it will only be a succes, if your weak erection is caused by weak muscles in your pelvic floor. Erection problems may also be caused by medical or psychological problems, and if that is the case, you will have to consult your doctor.

 

So, which muscles are we talking about? In latin they are called Bulbocavernosus and Ischiocavernosus. These muscles is used to hold the pressure in penis during erection. Maybe you have experienced, that your erection gets harder, while tensing these muscles. By tensing and relaxing these muscles you will get you penis to rock up and down - and this is the way to locate them.

 

What you need to do is to coordinate your muscles in the pelvic floor:

 

1) Tense the muscles in your pelvic floor for 30 seconds (50 % power), while rocking your penis 10 times.

2) Relax

 

In order to get your erection as hard as possible try this:

 

1) Tense the muscles in your pelvic floor in 5 to 10 seconds (100 % power)

2) Relax

 

In order to develop endurance try this:

 

1) Tense the muscles in your pelvic floor for 5 to 10 minutes (50 % power)

2) Relax.

I have in the past used those exercises

 

to good effect.

 

Well worth the effort, though it takes time to see any results

 

Initially its quite hard to control those muscles.

 

I've been trying to remember to do this daily at the moment.

 

For women it kegles or something like that.

pelvic floor or Keigel exercises can make a huge difference in performance and endurance.

 

It's pretty cool when you hook up with a girl who does these and has control of her inner muscles. Holy wow.

1. Cut back on drinking

2. Maintain a healthy diet

3. Stop smoking

4. Regular exercise

5. Try to maintan a stress free lifestyle (I know not always ez)
