Anyone knows how much it is to rent a car for 1-2 weeks in Pattaya?

And can you go over the border to Laos or Camodja with it?

I rented a Toyota Yaris in February from Avis. They have a little office at Dusit Thani. I think it was 1400 baht a day but that included the best, full insurance available. I think it was only a 2500baht deductible if I smashed that shit up! I dont know about going across the boarder. I guess it depends on the your IDP.

Around 7000 a week for a honda city or such, and about 15000 for a vigo.

I hired a vigo from direk motors on soi buakhow, and asked if I could take it to Cambodia. I was told OK. At the border I found out I couldnt. I rang them, and they say no, and deny telling me I could. Misunderstanding? I don't know. The option was to leave it at a border car park and pick it up on the way back. We ended up just continuing to the village, and still havent got to Angkor Wat yet.
