I rented this house for a year and a half and it is in a great location.

 

Photos shown do not do it justice.

 

It is a large 3 bedroom, two toilets family home or a bachelor dream pad. The main bedroom is huge, like the rest of the house.

It has good ambience and a nice feeling to it. Whenever I brought girls back (often) they were imppressed.

You can walk around the building there is so much space.

 

It is well sited, for LK Metro, Soi Backouw etc. Yet the little village type area it is in is peaceful.

 

Regret leaving now, but GF made the move for me

Its a kitchennette at the moment ( with a Thai kitchen out door )but looking to improve on it soon, if i could get a long term renter the better, more furnitures can be added...flexible on that part.

New tiles have been put around the house and deep cleaning just been completed the other details as mentioned above by the previous renter.

Amazing how much low the rent is compared to the sale price. 5% return, assuming you could rent it out, and that seems not to be so easy given no one has snatched it up to rent yet. I wonder if all properties in the middle of Pattaya are like this.

rent reduced to 24,000, if a deal can be done before Songkran. house needs to be seen to be appreciated .. plenty of land around the house.

You really need better pictures and more information if you're serious about selling or renting it out .

 

Community pool , simple bathroom , cheap kitchen , 6 mil. is too much money , though 24.000 rent sounds good .

its in la bella casa in soi bongkot on 3rd road, large bedrooms with air cons ...it has been rented out since the beginning on this month, for the duration of 6 months.
