I can recommened Sanya Apartments, located at soi Buakhow market (tuesday & fridays).

This is one of the most best hotels I know after 17 years in Pattaya.

Indeed looking at the site it's cheap. But how much do you have to add for the electricity bill daily?

Is there a possibility to swim at a pool in the neighbourhood?

I have been staying here for the last 4/5 years and got a apartment booked for Aug, never had a problem with the Manager or the staff, very good place to stay, they are doing a promo at the moment until Sept were all apartments are 490 Baht a night plus electric, which should cost no more than 100 - 140 a night so this will bring the cost up to 590 - 630 Baht a night which is a great bargain for the size of the apartment

 

Also they have brought the Karaoke next door and made about 10 more apartments so no more problems with sound in the night

I have not stayed at the apartments but have stayed at Nightstar and I was really impressed.

Might have to check it out in a couple of weeks when I am there.

The location is pretty good.

The rooms are cheap because it's low season then they go back up to the normal price, I have done a review look at my post above

Oh I forgot to ask, this place is girl friendly ? no fine for taking a friend upstairs ?

No elevator is a deal breaker when you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs. I'll pass on this place.

Stay there every trip for the last 3 years. Nothing wrong with the manager or staff, the cleaning ladies will take your washing and do it for you, very cheap, it gives them an extra income.

 

Rooms very good and girl friendly.

 

They have refurbihed old building next door to make more rooms.

 

No elevator only fault.

Looks quite ok actually, the only thing I miss is a swimming pool but still a place I would consider for future visits.
