Can we get thai transalation book from english to thai language... anyone know where can i get it and how much does it cost.

Do you mean an English - Thai dictionary? If so, there are many available for a few hundred Baht each.

For a beginner with Thai language, I would recommend Robertson's Practical English - Thai Dictionary. A small, yellow book that has many everyday words and pocket sized.

 

There is also a dictionary by Benjawan Poomsan Becker

I haven't seen the latest edition myself, but the whole series of books about learning Thai from Becker is very good.
