Good place for extended stay?

I'm in the final stages of planning. Still haven't decided on a place to stay. Need for at least a month 4-5 weeks. Between 1,000-1,500 baht maximum per night. I gotta have a pool. So how about some help. I've read many reviews online and stuff but hoping you mongers here can help out. Even cheaper than 1,000 baht per night would be good too. Maybe kitchenette. But pool is a must.

Maybe look at Pattaya Bay Resort. Pool is on the roof next to the restaurant where you get free breakfast before 11.00am.

 

I have stayed there twice and never had a problem. Staff and management are excellent. Not sure when you're going, but low season is 999 Baht for standard room with balcony.

What about a condo? have a look a www.dancewatchers.com get a good deal or lk hotels you can get a good deal for a month or more. I paid 28000 for a month at lk metropole which is a good price.
