I am always interested in real estate values. I will be in Pattaya in April and would like to know if anyone has had any luck in the real estate market. Are there any good deals where you can buy a place and rent it out for more than your payments? Is the sales / rental market hot or cold? Anyone get a good deal lately?

Just as a suggestion, why don't you PM Dancewatcher, he deals with quite a few condo rentals and will probably be on the ball with the real-estate market in Pattaya.

In pattaya you can find so many new projects, but all of them keeps the prices quiet high.... last few years the prices toped up so much
