Soi LK Metro Rooms

Hi,

 

Just got back from another stay in Pattaya. Stayed in Areca where I have been staying now for many years. Pool area is now way to overcrowded after the opening last year of the Evergreen. Hardly used the pool and to tell the truth never really bothered me. Friends were staying around the corner in Murphys Law and said rooms were perfect. Never got a chance to see inside and was wondering if anyboby had ideas of where are the best rooms in Soi LK Metro and around????

hi TEESHEY judging by what other members have wrote metro apartments Billabong pasanda lodge all seem good places to stay and in top location

I have stayed at Stags Head a couple of times and found it to be good as it has separate entrance and good security and everything else you could need

Stayed at the Rockhouse last year. Overall the stay was good. Big rooms. right in the middle of LK Metro. Im thinking of staying at Canterbury Tales this time around. Daves got some great deals and responds quickly if you email him through his website or PM him on the board. Have also heard great things about Billabong, armageddon, 3 som, and pretty much all the other LK Metro spots.

I've stayed at 3 Som and Irish Rovers, both really good places. Haven't heard to many bad things about the other guesthouses in LK Metro so where ever you end up you probably can't go wrong

I looked at their website and the rooms look great, I just want to know if the bathrooms change into little foothbaths after each shower?

What sort of Daily rate are you Guys paying at these places in LK

 

I like the area and should be down next week for a few days.

 

Last time down I stayed at Chef@Home on Jomtiem Beach....very good value IMHO....1k / night Beach view room....including 2 very good breakfasts

500 - 1000 baht. Most give discounts for longer stays (more than 7 days)

3 minut walk almost qualify as LK Metro...if you can get by the temptations

Kerati homestay lodge is the best one I've stayed at on LK Metro, as it's ran by the Leng Kee family you can also use the pool, sauna and Gym over at the LK metropole.

Have stayed at the Liquid Lounge, can highly recommend it. Private entrance, great girls in the bar, all amenities. Had the large room for 750 baht per night.
