On Saturday it was great watching Everton on ESPN knocking out Chelsea out of the cup at Stamford Bridge. I must admit that after the draw at Goodison Park chelsea were favourites to go through.

But Everton spured on by an impressive 6000 traveling fans played very well and deserved to go through.

So a week on Tuesday I'll be at Goodison park to cheer on Everton against Reading in the next round

I'm hoping that it will be our year because it's been a few years since we won anything

That was great to see on Sat! Good work. Always nice seeing Chelsea get beaten.

I went Goodison last month and was really impressed with it. A proper football ground and really friendly locals in the pub before the game. Was a bit gutted we couldn't hold onto the win though!

Just a shame that will probably be the last visit to Everton for a while with the inevitable drop to the Championship approaching.

johnny heitengers greeting to ashley cole was a cracker..coles bottom lip was quivering...haha tart...

..we gonna have to win it the hard way, again playing all the top teams, manure, shittee(always play well at eastlands) and bolton or stoke in the semis would be nice..saha and rodwell back by then, 13/2 with the bookies might be worth a purple one...coyb

In my younger days I used to follow Everton all around the country and visited Upton Park a few times. One year I even had a few pints in your supporters club and the West Ham fans were very friendly. Nowadays I just go to the home games. If we manage to get to the final 'll go to the semi-final and final

Thats how it should be with fans getting on. Its just a shame it doesn't always happen. I've not been to that supporters club for some reason but heard good things and that away fans are often welcome. Going football is a good way to pass the time between trips!

Would love to get you in the semi-final if we both get there but both of us have hard draws first. Will have to wait and see what happens but supporting WH it always ends in disappintment!

Ashley Cole fazed when clipped by John on his way to penalty kick was a key to his penalty miss... Was not his frame of mind when taking on it.... Everton deserved it... Our ex man utd Neville scored... A great hardworking player.... United was bit foolish to let him go but Neville wasn,t getting loads of matches at Old Trafford... Fair play to Neville and Everton...

Tim Howard the ex Man Utd goalkeeper also had a very good game.

Both tim Howard and Neville were good buys for Everton

It's a shame about Saha being injury prone because when he is fit he is a top class stricker.

Saha is injured now and in his last match he scored 4 league goals
