Ms Chiranuch is not accused of writing or saying anything defamatory herself; the case relates to 10 comments posted by third parties on the Prachatai website which allegedly defamed the monarchy. The prosecutors say that webmasters are liable for comments posted by third parties.

Yes, the Thais are very sensitive about their royal family and we don't allow them to be discussed on this forum. For that reason I'm going to close this thread.
