Hi guys anyone know a condo or hotel that will allow torrent/newsgroup download? I mean have anyone actually stayed in there and download movies, music etc without them screaming at you or limit your download? During long stay I am going to need my download as the limited English channel just not enough for me. thanks guys

You should download a bunch of things before your holiday to save yourself the hassle.

I have downloaded at The Opey De Place on Soi Lengkee and the Duan Nam Ing on Soi Bukaow without any problems. Just make sure you ask which floor as the best connection.

A new BG asked an experienced BG what was the difference between the Long Con and the Short Con. The experienced BG replied... The Long Con takes longer, but the rewards are far greater.

Beware the beast Man, for he is the Devil's pawn. Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land. Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. Shun him; drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death.

Most of the ISP's are perfectly aware that a torrent download is in progress and will throttle your bandwidth accordingly. I have found this both in the UK and Thailand. In Thailand it seems to be worse, but you occasionally get bursts of activity roughly approximating to the old dial up speed!

I have no idea how to get around this unfortunately.
