I did a search and couldn't find any current info on here & Google listed a host of links to reviews with conflicting information, so.....

 

 

Has anyone stayed here in the past 2 months and were they charged joiner fees?

Stayed there last year in March. No joiner fees and a great location. Not a bad choice.

I was already many times in the Sunbeamhotel

 

The position is really good! In the middle of happen!

 

You must pay no Ladycharge if you have booked your vacation about a tour operator or your room directly on their hotel side!

 

If you have booked your room on the Internet about asiarooms or the similar, they require 600 Baht for your Lady!

 

Thus it was explained to me in the Reception! I was from 2003 to 2008 10 times in the Sunbeamhotel!

In 2008 I paid 2500 baht per night!

 

There is a shower and a bathtub in the bathroom!

 

The room is nice, but is not worth 2500 baht ! I will not come back again to the Sunbeam Hotel because they not give a good longstayrate! (i allways stay 4 weeks)

Great location & super room & pool but yes at 2,500 baht its to much IMO.

 

£50 per night now does get you a lot of quality in the hotel room business.

 

IMO I think they get the massive money as the hotel is very busy with the East Asian types of tourists who follow the flags.
