Where is the best place to watch American Sports? Where do they show them on a regular basis?

I broke down and got a Sony knock-off of Slingbox so I could watch NFL games while there. It was spotty, at best -- audio was great, but picture kept freezing up (probably due to crappy Internet connection).

 

You might want to look into Slingbox, which gets pretty good reviews on the Net, if you can't get good feedback on here for a good location.

Try Shennigans on Second Road or Lewiinskis on Soi Pattayaland 2.

Try the Chicken Coop bar in the complex across from Mike's shopping mall on 2nd road. There is a thread about it on the forum that you will find if you do a search. Most American sport come on at ridiculous times in LOS so it is hard to see games live. There are no American sports that I like to watch at this time of the year so it wouldn't bother me much.

Save your money on the Slingbox. I bought the deluxe model and had a pretty fast connection in the USA and it never worked right. Always connection issues and the picture was choppy.

 

My friend hooked one up at his office with a full T1 internet connection and it was much better if I was at a hotel with strong internet connection. The problem that you have in LOS is you never know how fast your download speed will be so it is a bit of a waste at times.

 

There is a lot of sites now that run American sports live for free. Quality is not bad on www.atdhe.net
