Just a quick review of this place.

It is a older condo, .8km from the beach, in Jomtiem.

On Soi Wat Boon ( between soi 11 and 13) past the new 2nd road, before you get to Sukvit road.

 

Rooms here are a standard condo studio and there are some 1 bedroom condos too. One month rental from 4,500b to 6,500b up too 12,000b plus the usual electric and water. Probally about 1,000b to 3,000b depending on how much you use the aircon.

 

There are also a few for sale signs in the lobby, and hanging on balconys.And "for Rent"

One that comes to mind is a plain studio, for 580,000b and another for 620,000b.

 

This is a older bldg, but the water works and the elevators work.

The place could use a good washing and fresh paint, and the common areas have the original flooring( really needs to be replaced).

This is not a place for a first time visitor to LOS, as it is well off the beaten path so to speak.

 

There is a pool, and shaded area with tables and chairs near the pool. It is a afternoon gathering place for visitors and some of the ex-pats that live here.

There is a restaurant, mini-mart, laundry in the complex too.

There is a 7-11 right outside too, along with a fresh market across the street.Plus a coffee shoppe, dentist, a couple of laundrys, and some other shopps.
