Need to send some funds via paypal to someone quickly, the quickest way I can think is to give the cash to someone in town that has a Paypal account with a balance in it

 

not a massive amount about $400 US, if you can do it quickly please let me know via the thread or PM and I can meet you tomorrow with the cash

i use it a lot and its continually being restricted as it is now, its like paypal have a problem with thailand, you could find the $400 locked up for weeks while the case is resolved. what about western union probably cheaper as well any bank
