Look like stir-fry minced pork with dried chilli & basel leaves, served with rice & a sunny side up egg. Yummy!

Some thoughts,

The little ol lady wont get rich from that job. The vid is 3 minut and most likely there have been some negotiation between she and TG before and when meal was served, say 5 minut and gross 35 THB. Subtract ingrediens and investment in equipment netto estimate is 10-15 THB, one serving. If she's lucky there'll be 3-5 orders in same spot before she move the chart. I'll guess max netto is 50-70 THB an hour.

I eat almost all of my meals from street vendors. It's tasty, fresh, convenient and inexpensive. And I always ask for a fried egg on top (i.e. kai dow). Arroy mak.
