Difference Pattaya-Phuket-Kho Samui

Hello every body,

 

I have already been two time in Thailand, I know (a little bite) Pattaya and Phuket (Patong).

I haven't been in Kho Samui and I would like to have some informations about this island, maybe I will choose to go in Kho Samui during my next holidays.

In my opinion Patong is more expensive (hotel, girl, food) that Pattaya. Could you tell me if Kho Samui is like Phuket for the price, like Pattaya, or if the price here are more expensive than elswhere?

Prices on Samui are more like Phuket, with hotels fairly expensive along the beach front at Chaweng Beach. You can go to Lamai and they are slightly cheaper, but most of the nightlife is around soi green mango at Chaweng Beach.

Koh Samui is more like a party island with tourists and family like Phuket with nice beaches as Pattaya is plain mongering!

On Samui you will find bars in Chaweng ( soi mango and soi Reggae) but more beerbars are in Lamai with a more relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of local talent to choose from.

samui is about the dearest place to go with the ugliest women in Thailand, us locals called it koh moo pig island. difficult to get a san mig below 90 baht, 1 night club, dead as at the moment, after 8 years best thing i did was get the hell off the place. dirtiest place in thailand as well. IMHO

Wow now i will think twice before i decide to visit this place. I went to many places in thailand already and pattaya looks like the cheapest and the best one ! viva pattaya !
