Surprised it's still going-I stayed there years ago and it was pretty basic then-roaches in the room, but good location at bottom of Soi 13,but plenty better options these days in the price range.Plenty of other places in Soi 13 to check out if you want that location.

My friend who just came back from Pattaya gave me the phone number 038 423 403 or 038 410 565.

I dont know about website. But he had some recommendations for the above, except not much sun around pool, but i think i read read that also on P.A.

The rooms look decent for a low price hotel. I am seriously thinking of staying here in the future.

No informaton on the cost of the rooms or whether there are any facilities such as wi fi.

I heard on some website (can't remember which one) that it is about 1,000 -1,700 baht

depending on the size of the room, if it has a good view out the window, etc. I have

never been there, but I am thinking of staying this year. This hotel has some good

reviews on trip advisor web site with only a couple of negative reviews.

If you are willing to pay 1700, check out the Sandy Springs hotel, also on Soi 13. Tell the hotel you want a membership. It will cost you 350 baht, but you get a 300 baht per night discount. for a two year period. That will bring the sea view deluxe room down to 1700 from 2000.

I stayed there last March for 10 nights.  At that time my room was 900 baht per night, including free wifi.  Perfectly adequate room although there were a few very small (3-5 mm, 1/8-3/16 inch) roaches.  They were small and few enough that they did not bother me at all.  I saw on average two per day.  I thought it was a good value and would be happy to stay there again.

No problems bringing girls to the room.  They never checked IDs.

I think it's a great price, considering the location.

I don't remember the nightly rate but it was higher.  Also, that was a walk-in rate.  It may have been higher if I had tried to book online.

I also looked at the room next to this one, which was a corner room.  It was much nicer and only a little more.  I can't remember what I was quoted but it was no more than 1200.  I would have taken the corner room but at the time I was on an extremely tight budget.
