32sqm condo in sweet condotel 1 pattaya park.recently refurbed.gym,swimming pool,close to pattaya and jomtien.

fully furnished,includes,big tv,dvd,cable tv,microwave,kettle,fridge,electic shower.would prefer long term at 7500bht but would consider short term.

honda airblade also optional for rent with this condo;.

this condo is a well managed unit,the manager does not tollerate noise or fooling about.this condo is good if you like people watching and there are some interesting sights to be seen from the balcony as the Russians look pretty fit as they are walking past to pattaya park

as advertised, pattaya park !

this is the soi that runs down into pattaya park,around the corner from budda and viewpoint mountain,5 mins to walking st, pier end, 5 mins to jomtien,depending on time of day and traffic

the condo is in sweet condotel 1 as in ad,not sweet condotel 2 as in ad title,i make this point as sweet 1 is a much better kept unit,so if anyone was to ride past to check out location ,i wouldnt want you looking in the wrong place

Hi if you go to www.parklaneresortpattaya.com and have a look you will see a great complex,i have a corner unit 1 bedroom 36qm all new, furiture same as per web site, 600meters to jomtien beach the complex has everything you could wish for as does the condo, full kichen ware lcd tv dvd air con wifi, balcony leads you direct to the lagoon pool, and the gym, theres even an hourly free shuttle bus to the beach, the place is spot less no hortage of cleaners keeping the whole resort looking good, great place to live, call 0838819537..

Forgot to add rent is 10,000 long term, the electric and water is about500 a month, many of these condos at park lane are up for 14 or 15 a month and this one is corner unit pool facing, with keycard entry and plenty of secured parking for bikes and cars..
