I will give it a go, 5-7 years ago, I damaged my rotor cuff very badly, I trained for an extra year in total pain as I was addicted to weight training. I stopped traing since then, because it was so bad.

 

I did bodybuilding from a young age, uncle taught me to be strict and use freeweights, my chest is the strongest, hence my injury.

 

About 4 months ago, I started training again, and started lifting too much too quick.. then I stopped cuz of the pain, now its been 3 months since I stopped and my rotor cuff still hurts, even when I do nothing.

 

Do you recommend that I do nothing but several light shoulder exercises for a few months, then build in the other weights?

 

Even running leaves it sore after! Also when I get slightly dehydrated it gets sore...

 

I wont even mention my bad back, thats from sitting at a computer chair all day, I think some light work outs help it alot!

I can answer that one, you burn are average of 150 calories per 1/2 hour session,

 

so that's 375 calories a day for you bags88, providing your doing more than just laying on your back.

 

Could burn a bit more by banging ladyboys though.

the main function of the rotator cuff is shoulder join stability mate,if its injured,you dont only need stop exercising but you need to get ur ass to a physician asap only a proffesional can help you with that one and when you are there you can ask him to give you a routine to strenghten your posture cos thats whats causing your back pain,in the meanwhile try to have a nice stretch in the morning and once every hour when you are working on your computer!

Been reading around on various sites, and seems like best way to do that is through weight training with whole body exercises with not too long rest (squats, bench, etc.). For a few weeks now been doing that about three times a week. My small company gym unfortunately does not have squat rack, bench, etc., only a smith machine (gads) so I do what I can with dumbbells and they do have a bar with plates though.

You need to take in account that low libido can be caused by a number of problems such as not getting enough sleep,feeling depressed or stressed out,not getting enough in the sack and a lack of exercise(so running isnt a bad idea after all) having that in account boosting your test leves might be a short term solution to a long term problem so you might have to make the shame walk to the doctor so you can figure out where the problem is coming from.Putting that aside i do know a few ways to boost your testosterone naturally.For instance after taking a hot shower turn the water cold for a few minutes,Do any kind of competitive sport atleast once a week,more action in the sack and ofcourse some heavy ass compund lifts like squats and deadlifts,since your gym doesnt have a squat rack id advice you focus on the deadlifts go as heavy as u can everytime and keep in mind that its best you do deadlifts and squats maximum twice a week otherwise you might develop back problems in the future,cos you would be putting to much stress on your lower back,so a split routine would be the best for you,just hit the deadlifts on both back and leg day.

 

Also if you want to you can buy a natural test booster i recommend Activate Extreme it really does make a difference in your libido.

It's a fairly mild oral steroid called Andriol and was developed for middle-aged men with low hormone levels. It's not strong enough to be used in bodybuilding circles but you will notice a leanness after taking it for a few weeks.

Thank you, this is great advice. I might go to a doctor soon and get my T levels checked just as a baseline to see where I am at. I haven't heard of the cold shower thing but will try that too. I actually did some deadlifts today at the gym, along with a form of squatting with dumbbells. I'll give that Activate Extreme a shot after I'm done with a thing called Ikawe I am using now. It's supposed to be a natural remedy to boost your erections/sex drive. The AE seems stronger and not have side effects either.

Only when you first start lifting you can do both,after that it becomes impossible your body is no longer efficient at doing both,you can however lose bodyfat without losing any muscle if you want to know more about that ill try my best to point you in the right direction bro.

Its too mild to give you any major side effects and it was developed to bypass the portal system (liver) so it won't lead to any toxicity if taken in the correct dosage (2 per day with meals). However if you're worried it may be an idea to consult your physician and/or do some research online by typing Andriol into google.

I am interested in HGH, maybe 2iu per day for fat loss and some muscle gains.

 

Saw some hygetropin on thaimeds, looks reputable but I have heard lots of stories about fake HGH in Thailand, some members here say all HGH here is bunk...

Having never done anything in or out of the gym really, but now determined to lose weight, what do you recommend? I'm eating about 1200 calories a day and walking 45 mins a day and cycling 1 hour every other day, with no loss in 2 months.

I've been incorporating more 'compound' style lifts at the gym such as heavy squats, deadlifts, etc. I try to aim for anywhere from 6-10 sets, anywhere from 4-8 reps each set depending on how I feel. I'm also sticking in interval style training for my cardio. For example doing 1 minute bursts of higher speed followed by slower rest jogging on the treadmill.

 

This has made a noticeable difference in spiking my libido and erections a bit compared to before. I'm also taking some extra supplements.

 

But the heavy lifting has been key for me and I'll continue with it.

Yu should really lose weight doing that, so keep at it. 1200 calories sound really low, so I'm surprised you have the strength to walk and cycle. Eat at least 4 times a day, and try to go for 6. Easy on the carbs, heavy on the protein. Lots of fruit and veggies. And drink plenty of water.

I'm 44, 5'10 & 220lbs. I do Muay Thai 3 days/week & the fat won't burn off. Thinking about getting Dbol in Pattaya next month.....
