I wonder what Miracle Suite is like. Is it ok? Are they claiming a joiners fee? Right now the hotel is offering a huge discount, so I must say that I am tempted.

Stayed there a couple of weeks ago and they have no joiner fee, you get a couple of packs of condoms in the mini bar!! Wrote a small review on another thread but to summarise: New hotel with some light building/finishing work still going on, it never bothered me but if you're super sensative ask for a room without a pool view and you won't hear a thing. Everything is shiny and new nice big rooms with big bath tub and walk in shower. I was on 6th florr poolside and had excellent wifi connection. Super friendly staff. Didn't try the restaurant so can't comment but I think it was only open for breakfast and lunch. 2 nice swimming pools but they lose the sunlight at about 13.30. Nice buffet/all you can eat restaurant across the road. Don't use the hotel laundry there is a very nice lady behind the hotel who does laundry much cheaper. Very convinient Family Mart nearby. 8 to 12 minute stroll to walking street or 30 baht motorbike taxi. It is not on a baht bus route. It is in a muslim/arab area so most bars nearby are geared toward that, hubblyblubblies etc but some of them still showed the footie and the ones I went into were very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay so would recommend it. If you want lots of English style bars around you like LK Metro probably not the place for you but at the price they are offering it's an absolute bargain.

Thanks a lot for the video. It gives a better impression than the photos on the hotels website. I think it looks very nice indeed, and I will absolutely consider to stay there on my trip in July

Sorry to necro an old thread but I stayed there one night in August 2011 and was charged a joiner fee of 500 baht, didn't know it until turning in the girls ID. Everything else about the place was nice, very classy looking. Would not stay there again though.
